Seat lowering and reshaping can be a big confidence boost for height challenged riders and for extra comfort.
The seat foam is in good shape and able to be cut out, reshaped and made smooth ready for a seat cover. This is done to many motorcycles. 
When reshaping a motorcycle seat we can often reuse the original seat cover keeping the cost at a minimum.
